At Katko, each piece is thoughtfully crafted and carefully inspected before shipping. We want you to love your purchase, and we understand that sometimes adjustments are needed.

Eligibility

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale items, custom or personalized pieces, and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges

• If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within the 14-day window.
• Exchanges are subject to availability.

Return Process

1. Email us at info@katko.us with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once approved, you'll receive return instructions.
3. Items must be shipped back within 7 days of approval.
